Local property management firm

When your tenant calls, we pick up for you

Leasing, repairs, rent-controlled buildings and owner reporting, handled by a local team that answers the tenant's call instead of you. Buying or selling a home? Same office.

01 / How it works

What the team handles

Every building starts with a walk-through. You tell us how to screen tenants, approve repairs and send reports, and we confirm that plan with you before we take over.

04 / The firm

A real estate office built for the neighborhood

245 Shrader Sf is a full-service local real estate firm: we lease apartments and manage and maintain rent-controlled multi-family buildings on behalf of the owners who hold them.

Alongside management, the same office handles home buying and selling, so a lease renewal, a repair schedule or a sale can start in one conversation.

We also help renters find apartments and guide buyers and sellers through each step, drawing on what we know about the buildings and blocks we serve. Requests come in at the office, by phone or by email.

Our mission: to keep a real management office in the neighborhood: buildings looked after, tenants heard, and someone who picks up when an owner calls.

05 / Our day-to-day care

Local office, direct contact, hands-on management

  • Walk-throughs and maintenance coordinated by people who know the building
  • A direct line to your manager by phone and email
  • Leasing, buying and selling handled locally
